CARTOON WORLD

Dear Members,

The Motor Vehicles Department, Kerala is planning to include cartoons in all their campaign  material relating to ROAD SAFETY and they have  requested our immediate assistance through cartoons. They feel they can influence the vehicle-using adults through the children at home through clever use of cartoons. Some of us cartoonists have already attended the 1 day workshop held at Ernakulam recently.

This is a great Social CAUSE which needs to be served by our cartoonist community with equal respect and dedication. As such,   all cartoonists are requested to kindly contribute maximum no. of cartoons on the following themes :

1. Use of Mobile While Driving

2. Motor Cycle riding & Helmet usage

3. Seat belt usage

4. Drunken drive

5. Safe Parking

6. Over speed

7. School Buses

Kindly ensure that your cartoons are of very good quality and in colour so that they could be also used as posters in all connected campaigns of the Motor Vehicles Department, as well.
